This is a final version of rendering. The teaser you've seen was only the Nissan Qashqai mixed with a Dacia's logo.
about this pic, it's a good one, but unfortunately not close to reality. The real Duster which will be released pretty soon was already presented to media sources ;) ...and it looks quite different
